At VILO , we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each pair of sweatpants is carefully inspected prior to shipment. For this reason, we maintain a limited return policy, outlined below.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Preference related to style, fit, or color

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used

  • Normal wear and tear

 We strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide before placing an order.


Eligible Returns (Exceptions Only)

A return or exchange may be approved solely under the following circumstances:

  • Item received is damaged or defective

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Incorrect color or incorrect item shipped


Return Request Timeframe

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.


Proof of Issue Required

To submit a request, customers must:

  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue

  • Include the order number

Requests submitted without sufficient proof will not be approved.


Return / Exchange Process

If your request is approved:

  • We will work with you to offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on availability and your preference.

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed

Return shipping costs will be covered by VILO only if the issue is confirmed as a defect or our error. Return shipping address will be provided upon approval of your request.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


Final Clause

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
