Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations & Rates
Canada We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your province.
United States We charge a flat shipping rate of $12 CAD on all orders to the United States. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.
United Kingdom & European Union Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.
Taxes & Duties
Canadian Customers Prices displayed on our site do not include taxes. Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your province. Quebec customers will see GST and QST applied. Customers in other provinces will see GST or HST depending on their location.
United States Customers We do not charge Canadian taxes on US orders. However, your order may be subject to duties and import taxes upon arrival, depending on your order value and US customs regulations. These fees are determined by US customs and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in your order total.
United Kingdom Customers Orders under £135 may be subject to UK VAT upon delivery. Orders over £135 may be subject to both import duties and VAT. These charges are assessed by UK customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
European Union Customers Import duties and VAT may apply depending on your country and order value. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs & Delays
VILO-OFFICIAL is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. International shipments may occasionally be held for inspection, which is outside of our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees before placing your order.
By placing an order with VILO-OFFICIAL, you acknowledge and accept that additional duties and taxes may apply upon delivery.
